Liverpool are closing in on a £20m deal for Benfica midfielder Anderson Talisca, according to reports in Portugal.
O Jogo – as quoted by The Daily Telegraph – are claiming that Liverpool have reached an agreement with the Portuguese club for the purchase of the winger in the summer transfer window.
The same story reports that Wolverhampton Wanderers are also interested in signing Talisca but the player would prefer a move to Liverpool ahead of the Championship outfit.
Jurgen Klopp has already been very busy in the summer transfer window after adding an incredible seven new players to his squad ahead of the 2016/17 Premier League campaign.
Liverpool started an active summer with the signing of Loris Karius in a £4.7m deal from Mainz before Southampton forward Sadio Mane completed a £30m move to Anfield.
Estonia captain Ragnar Klavan also moved from the Bundesliga before Georginio Wijnaldum and Alex Manninger sealed respective switches to the 18-time English champions last week.
Joel Matip and Marko Grujic have also been added to the Liverpool squad after agreeing deals to join Liverpool earlier this year.
