Manchester Untied are actively keeping tabs on Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi with a view to a summer transfer, according to reports in France.
Get French Football News is claiming that the Red Devils are monitoring the midfielder’s situation at Parc des Princes as Jose Mourinho weighs up his next transfer move in the summer market.
The same report goes on to say that United could be in line to secure a £25.5m to sign Matuidi this summer as Mourinho searches for his fourth signing at Old Trafford.
The story says that the player’s future is up in the air – but that if he is to be sold by PSG this summer, then the Premier League his is first-choice destination.
Mourinho is currently gearing up for his first season in charge at United after his appointment as Louis van Gaal’s successor on a three-year contract back in May.
