Manchester United are on the verge of concluding a deal to sign Paul Pogba from Juventus in a deal that could be worth as much as £105m, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that negotiations between United and the club are expected to be concluded this weekend, and that the France international will officially sign for the Red Devils when he returns from his holiday in the United States.
The same story also claims that Pogba’s new United contract will be a five-year deal worth £202,000 per week.
The 23-year-old has been relentlessly linked with a move back to the club he left in 2012 and if the report is to be believed, the Red Devils are truly on the verge of completing what would be new manager Jose Mourinho’s fourth summer signing.
The same story claims that Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, has been in talks with United chiefs for the last few days as they come to an agreement on personal terms.
It also reports that Pogba could head to Manchester as early as Tuesday to have his medical with the club.
