Mesut Ozil looked to be making the most of some sunshine in France as he and his German team-mates prepare for their crunch Euro 2016 showdown with the hosts on Thursday night.

The Arsenal playmaker has been a regular fixture in the Germany side in France as he helped his side reach the last four of the tournament.

Ozil and his team-mates are out to help his country win their second successive major tournament after their World Cup triumph in Brazil back in 2014.

However, the 27-year-old looked to be fully relaxed as he soaked up some sunshine and fresh air on Tuesday afternoon.

Ozil posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Enjoying the sun … #relax #fun #goodweather #sunnyday”

Ozil has been a regular fixture in the Arsenal first team since arriving from Real Madrid in the summer of 2013.
