Paul Pogba’s agent gives latest update amid Man United reports
Paul Pogba's agent denies he has been meeting with Manchester United chiefs about a possible transfer
Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has spectacularly rubbished speculation claiming that he is meeting with Manchester United to secure the transfer of the France international.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a big-money bid to sign the midfielder in recent weeks as Jose Mourinho prepares for his first season in charge at Old Trafford.
United have been touted as a possible destination for the midfielder since he left the Red Devils to sign for Juventus back in the summer of 2012 after being deemed surplus to requirements by Sir Alex Ferguson.
The 23-year-old has spent the last four seasons in Turin and has developed into one of Europe’s top midfielders.
Raiola was said to be holding talks with United to seal the transfer of his client this summer.
However, the agent has moved to deny that speculation and insist that there is no truth in those media reports.
Speaking to GOAL, Raiola said: “All of what you read is bulls**t. That’s all there is.”
United finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season.
