Divock Origi is recharging his batteries ahead of his return to Liverpool
Divock Origi is recharging his batteries as the Liverpool striker soaks up some sunny rays on holiday ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
The Belgium international is currently enjoying some downtime after Origi played his part in the national team’s bid to win the European championship.
The Red Devils ultimately fell short in their attempts to win Euro 2016 after a 3-1 defeat by Gareth Bale’s Wales in the quarter-finals of the competitions.
The Liverpool centre-forward was limited to a couple of substitute appearances from the bench as Marc Wilmots stuck with Romelu Lukaku in France.
However, Origi seemingly still required some downtime to rebuild his stamina ahead of his first full season under Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Origi posted the above photo on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:

The Reds striker enjoyed a run in Klopp’s starting line-up towards the end of the 2015/16 season before a horror ankle injury kept him sidelined for the remaining games aside from the final day of the season.
The 21-year-old netted 10 times in 33 appearances in all competitions for the Merseyside outfit in his first season at Anfield.
