Loris Karius believes Liverpool are in good shape ahead of summer tour of USA
Loris Karius believes Liverpool are ready for their pre-season tour of America after Wednesday night’s 2-0 victory over Huddersfield Town.
The Reds secured their fourth successive pre-season victory thanks to goals from summer signing Marko Grujic and Spanish left-back Alberto Moreno.
Klopp’s side have already beaten local rivals Tranmere Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Wigan Athletic and Huddersfield in their pre-season campaign.
Next up are games against Chelsea and AC Milan in California as Klopp’s men face a higher standard of opposition ahead of the 2016/17 Premier League season.
Karius hasn’t conceded in four pre-season games following the goalkeeper’s £4.7m move to Liverpool from Bundesliga side Mainz in May.
And the Reds number one believes the Merseyside outfit are in good shape ahead of their trip stateside in the coming days.

Liverpool completed their fifth summer signing on Wednesday after Klopp completed a £5m deal for Estonia captain Ragnar Klavan.
The Reds boss has already added Karius, Grujic, Sadio Mane and Joel Matip to his squad over the summer months.
The 18-time English champions will face Premier League rivals Chelsea at Levi Stadium in Santa Barbara on Saturday 31 July.
