Loris Karius seems to be thoroughly enjoying life at Liverpool since completing his summer transfer to the Merseyside outfit.

The goalkeeper joined the Reds from German side Mainz earlier in the summer transfer window as Jurgen Klopp moved quickly to add some competition for number one shot-stopper Simon Mignolet at Anfield.

Klopp is clearly planning to use Karius on a regular basis next season after he was handed the number one jersey at the Premier League club.

And following his transfer to the Premier League outfit, Karius has been swiftly adapting to life in England.

The goalkeeper enjoyed a stroll around the town on Tuesday afternoon as familiarised himself with his new neighbourhood.

Karius posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote: “Finally there’s some time to get to know my new home town! Really adorable places over here! #DayOff #Liverpool #LK1”

Liverpool finished in eighth place in the Premier League table in Klopp’s first campaign in charge at Anfield as they missed out on a place in Europe for next season.
