Watch: Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas shows off his toned six pack

Cesc Fabregas looks in superb shape for Chelsea ahead of the new season

Cesc Fabregas looks in excellent shape ahead of his first season under new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.

The Spain international linked up with the Blues squad for pre-season training last week after an extended break following Spain’s European championship campaign in France.

Fabregas, who won Euro 2008 and 2012, was unable to help Spain defend their European crown as la Roja lost 2-0 to Conte’s Italy side in the last 16 of Euro 2016.

However, the 29-year-old former Arsenal captain hasn’t slacked off despite his holiday with wife Daniela and two daughters ahead of the 2016/17 Premier League campaign.

And Fabregas was filmed squeezing some extra tricep dips into his day as the Chelsea midfielder worked out poolside ahead of the Blues’s pre-season friendly against Liverpool at Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Wednesday night.

Fabregas posted the above photo on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:

“Non stop 🏊🏼”

The Blues midfielder won his first Premier League title in 2015 as Fabregas played an instrumental role in the success of Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side.
