Piers Morgan agrees with Gary Lineker about Paul Pobga, and then lays into Arsene Wenger

Piers Morgan has taken to social media to aim a thinly-veiled dig at Arsene Wenger after Manchester United confirmed the signing of Paul Pogba on Tuesday.

The Red Devils finally announced the arrival of the France midfielder on a five-year contract in the early hours of Tuesday morning after relentless speculation linking him with a return to Old Trafford.

Pogba becomes United’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window as Jose Mourinho prepares for his first season in charge at the club.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have been less active this summer, signing Granit Xhaka, Rob Holding and Takuma Asano.

And with the Gunners set to kick off their Premier League campaign against Liverpool at The Emirates on Sunday afternoon, Morgan has expressed his frustration about Arsenal’s transfer business.
