The Gunners suffered a 4-3 defeat by Liverpool in their Premier League opener at the Emirates Stadium last weekend despite Theo Walcott giving Arsene Wenger’s side a first-half lead.
However, Philippe Coutinho’s double and goals from Adam Lallana and Sadio Mane sealed a thrilling victory for Jurgen Klopp’s side against their title rivals in north London.
Leicester, meanwhile, started the defence of their Premier League crown with a disappointing 2-1 loss to promoted side Hull City at KC Stadium last weekend.
Arsenal were 5-2 winners in this fixture last term before Danny Welbeck’s dramatic header sealed a thrilling 2-1 win against the Foxes at The Emirates in February.
Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Owen believes there will be plenty of goals in the King Power Stadium on Saturday evening.
“The Gunners did the double over the champions last season and the Foxes haven’t beaten Arsenal in their last 19 games in the Premier League,” Owen told Bet Victor.
“This promises to be a cracker and the corresponding game saw seven goals last season; I’m convinced both sides will find the back of the net at the King Power.”
Arsenal finished in second place in the Premier League table last season after hoisting themselves above Tottenham Hotspur on the final day of the season.
