The France midfielder is expected to complete his deal to move to Old Trafford in the coming days after United announced that Juventus had given the player permission to undergo a medical with the club on Sunday.

Pogba’s proposed move to United has been one of the longest-running transfer sagas in recent years, with the 23-year-old having been relentlessly linked with a transfer to Old Trafford throughout the summer window.

Now, it appears that the move is finally set to go through ahead of the start of the Premier League next weekend.

And Pogba was keeping things quiet on his Twitter account on Sunday as he posted the following cryptic message on the social networking website:

Manchester United kick off their Premier League campaign with a trip to Bournemouth next Sunday afternoon.
