The Liverpool midfielder makes the most of some rare sunshine
Emre Can treated himself to a picturesque dinner as the Liverpool midfielder relaxed after training on Wednesday afternoon.
The Germany international was a second-half substitute as the Reds were thrilling 4-3 winners against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Philippe Coutinho cancelled out Theo Walcott’s opener before the Brazilian netted his second sandwiched between goals from Adam Lallana and Sadio Mane.
Can hasn’t had too much free time this summer after the 22-year-old helped Joachim Low’s Germany side reach the Euro 2016 semi-finals.
However, the Liverpool midfielder was unable to inspire the world champions to victory over France in the last four despite starting the clash.
And Can made the most of some rare British sunshine in Liverpool mid-week as he relaxed with a friend over what looked like a fancy dinner.
Can posted the above photo and wrote on his Instagram page:
“Training done✔️ And now enjoying the nice weather with my bro @seferc_23 🌞😎 #bazille #ynwa #liverpool #EC23”
The German made a 22-minute cameo against the Gunners as he helped Liverpool get over the line to secure a 4-3 win.
The Reds will make the trip to Burnley in their next Premier League game on Saturday afternoon.
