Harry Kane was ready to make a splash on Tuesday as the Tottenham Hotspur striker looked to soothe his muscles ahead of the visit of Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

The England striker was unable to get on the score sheet in the north London side’s opening game of the season as Tottenham Hotspur came from behind to draw 1-1 with Everton at Goodison Park.

Ross Barkley gave the Toffees an early lead on Merseyside before Argentina international Erik Lamela levelled in the second half to salvage a point for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Kane will be hoping to retain his place in the Tottenham manager’s starting line-up for the visit of Alan Pardew’s struggling Crystal Palace.

And the Tottenham striker took to his Instagram page to reveal his training plans for Tuesday afternoon.

Kane posted the above photo on the social media app as the Tottenham striker prepared for a dip in the swimming pool.
