Paul Pogba had the honour of being interviewed by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry on Wednesday afternoon ahead of the new Manchester United signing’s return to Old Trafford later this week.

The France international completed a widely-anticipated £92m move back to United from Serie A champions Juventus last week after having been linked with the 20-time English champions all summer.

Pogba was suspended for United’s Premier League opener against Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon as the Frenchman carried over a ban from the Italian top flight.

However, Jose Mourinho’s side managed to ease to a 3-1 win against the Cherries thanks to goals from Juan Mata, Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

And Arsenal and France legend Henry turned up at United’s training ground on Wednesday afternoon to interview the record signing ahead of his first appearance for the club since leaving in 2012.

Sky Sports’s official Instagram page posted the above photo and wrote the following caption:

“Thierry Henry meets Paul Pogba ahead of the first Friday Night Football live on Sky Sports 1. Interview coming up on all platforms soon.”

Pogba was sold to Juventus in 2012 and won four successive Serie A titles during his time in Turin.
