Zlatan Ibrahimovic looked to be thrilled to be celebrating winning the 31st trophy of his glittering career after helping Manchester United beat Leicester City to lift the Community Shield on Sunday.

The Red Devils went ahead in what was Jose Mourinho’s first competitive game in charge of the Red Devils thanks to Jesse Lingard’s impressive solo goal in the first half at Wembley.

However, the Premier League champions fought back and equalised thanks to Jamie Vardy’s strike seven minutes after half-time.

But Ibrahimovic had the final say when he headed home eight minutes from time to hand United the first trophy of the Mourinho era.

And the 34-year-old forward looked delight to be celebrating the win with his new team-mates in the Wembley dressing room.

Ibrahimovic posted the picture above of himself with the trophy on his personal Instagram account and simply wrote the caption: “Nr 31.”
