Piers Morgan fumes over Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger’s latest comments

Piers Morgan is not happy at all with Arsene Wenger...

Piers Morgan has taken to social media to reveal his dismay at Arsene Wenger’s latest comments about Arsenal’s transfer business.

Speaking after his Arsenal’s side thrashed Viking FK 8-0 in their penultimate pre-season friendly clash on Friday night, Wenger underlined the importance of any player he looks to sign having “resale value”.

Arsenal have been linked with a host of big name players in the summer transfer window but have thus far only signed midfielder Granit Xhaka, defender Rob Holding and striker Takuma Asano.

And Arsenal shareholder Morgan used his personal Twitter account to express his anger at Wenger’s latest comments as the start of the new Premier League season draws ever nearer.

The celebrity fan tweeted:

Arsenal finished second in the Premier League table last season, 10 points behind surprise champions Leicester City.
