Watch: Paul Pogba looks to keep in shape amid Man United link

The Juventus midfielder is keeping fit thanks to some muaythai routines

Paul Pogba is keeping his fitness ticking over despite uncertainty surrounding his Juventus future thanks to some muaythai sessions.

The France international’s future remains unresolved as Pogba continues to be linked with a world-record move to Old Trafford from the Serie A champions.

Sky Sports News HQ reported earlier this week that the 23-year-old box-to-box midfielder is set to fly into England ahead of a potential medical with United.

Pogba was unable to inspire France to European championship glory this summer after Didier Deschamps’s side lost 1-0 to Portugal in extra-time on home soil last month.

However, the United target has been working hard on improving his fitness after a session in the gym on Tuesday.

Pogba posted the above video on his Instagram page and wrote the following caption:

“Afternoon sweat 👊🏿 #newyork #combat #muaythai”

The French star has won four successive Serie A titles, two Coppa Italia crowns and finished as a Champions League runner-up since moving to Juventus from United in 2012 after failing to secure a regular spot in Sir Alex Ferguson’s starting line-up.

Jose Mourinho was appointed as Louis van Gaal’s successor earlier this summer after the Red Devils finished in fifth place in the Premier League table.
