Usain Bolt took to social media to praise Paul Pogba after the midfielder scored his first goal for Manchester United in Saturday’s rout of Leicester City.

The French midfielder headed home from a corner as United ran riot in the first half against the defending Premier League champions at Old Trafford.

Jose Mourinho’s men raced into a 4-0 lead before the break thanks to Pogba’s goal and strikes from Chris Smalling, Juan Mata and Marcus Rashford.

Pogba’s goal was his first for the club since arriving back at Old Trafford in the summer transfer window in a big-money deal from Juventus.

United fan and Olympic sprinting legend Bolt was quick to congratulate Pogba on his first Premier League goal for the Red Devils on Saturday.

Bolt tweeted:

Next up for Manchester United in the Premier League is a home clash against Stoke City at Old Trafford next weekend.

The Red Devils have taken 12 points from their opening six Premier League games.
