Paul Pogba states his prediction for Chelsea v Man United

Paul Pogba is braced for a testing clash when Manchester United travel to Chelsea on Sunday

Paul Pogba admits that he is already looking forward to Manchester United’s Premier League clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

The Red Devils warmed up for their trip to west London with an impressive 4-1 Europa League victory over Fenerbahce at Old Trafford on Thursday night as Jose Mourinho’s men took a step closer to the last 32 of the competition.

Pogba scored twice for United as he was named as the man of the match during the European victory in front of the Red Devils’ home fans.

United were heavily criticised for their negative approach to their goalless draw with Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League on Monday night.

However, the France international says he is already looking forward to Sunday’s showdown and is confident that Jose Mourinho’s men have what it takes to claim all three points.

Speaking to MUTV after Thursday’s game, Pogba said: “Those games, playing against Chelsea and Liverpool, I think we play football for that – you have to enjoy those games.

“We will be playing against one of the best teams in the world so we try to win.

“It’s not going to be easy but that’s football and that’s what we love.”
