Eric Bailly makes strong promise to Man United fans

Eric Bailly discusses how he has been adapting to life in England since his summer transfer to Manchester United

Eric Bailly has insisted that he is determined to take his chance to become a top player at Manchester United in the seasons to come.

The 22-year-old defender has been a regular fixture in the Manchester United first team this season since joining the Red Devils from Villarreal in the summer transfer window.

Bailly has started all seven of United’s Premier League games so far this season and has proved himself to be capable of performing at the top level.

The Ivory Coast international is still adapting to life in the Premier League.

However, the defender says that he has been settling in well to things at United and has vowed to fight for his first team spot at Old Trafford.

Bailly is quoted as saying by TEAMtalk: “There are players who speak Spanish and French and they help me integrate.

“I’ve just started having English classes, too. Little by little.

“It’s important for the other players to have confidence in you.

“It was my dream since being a child to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world and now I’m here, I’m going to take that chance.”
