Theo Walcott looks like a man reborn this season and has cited a shift in mentality as one of the major factors behind his upturn in form.

The England international has earned plenty of praise for his improved performances this season and has been finding the net regularly for Arsenal.

Walcott began working with personal trainer Bradley Simmonds during the summer and has continued to step up his own sessions during his time off.

And the 27-year-old does not appear to be showing any signs of letting up as he and his team-mates prepare for their Premier League clash against Middlesbrough at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon.

Walcott shared the photo above on Instagram on Thursday night and wrote: “Deep Core workout tonight with @bradleysimmonds”
