Diego Costa showed his softer side as he goofed around with his dog ahead of Chelsea’s trip to West Ham United on Wednesday night.
The Spain international has enjoyed a good weekend so far after Chelsea were 4-0 winners against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.
Pedro Rodriguez, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante all found the back of the net at Stamford Bridge.
Costa has scored six times in eight Premier League games so far this season even though the Chelsea striker failed to find the back of the net at the weekend.
The Chelsea striker posted the above photo on his Instagram page as he shared a tender moment with his dog Bella and wrote the following caption:
Chelsea will make the trip to West Ham United in the League Cup fourth round on Wednesday night.
The west London side are in fourth place in the Premier League table and a point behind leaders Manchester City.
The Blues make the trip to Southampton at St Mary’s on Sunday afternoon.
