Hector Bellerin looked for the positives after Arsenal's goalless draw with Middlesbrough on Saturday

Hector Bellerin has taken to social media to thank Arsenal’s fans for their support after their frustrating goalless draw against Middlesbrough at The Emirates on Saturday afternoon.

The north London side were unable to break down the stubborn visitors as they failed to make it seven wins in a row in the Premier League.

The draw, however, means that Arsenal remain unbeaten in the Premier League since their opening-weekend defeat at the hands of Liverpool at The Emirates.

And Bellerin was keen to look for the positives after the final whistle.

The Spanish defender used his personal Instagram account to share the photo above and write: “Difficult game ending with a disappointing result.

“We’ll work hard to keep our unbeaten run going. Thanks for the support as always #COYG”

Arsenal will now prepare to return to League Cup action against Reading in the fourth-round clash at The Emirates on Tuesday night.

The Gunners finished in second place in the Premier League table last season and without a trophy, with Arsene Wenger’s side not having won the Premier League since their famous unbeaten triumph in the 2003-04 season.
