The Chelsea goalkeeper singles out Antonio Conte's in-form Blues pair

Thibaut Courtois has paid credit to Eden Hazard and Diego Costa on Instagram after the pair scored in Chelsea’s 2-0 win at Southampton on Sunday afternoon.

The west London side eased to a comfortable win at St Mary’s thanks to Eden Hazard’s superb solo goal before Costa beat England and Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster with a curled effort in the second half.

Hazard has now scored four goals in 10 Premier League appearances this term, while Costa is the top-flight’s leading goal-scorer after netting eight times in the 2016-17 season so far.

Chelsea are in fourth place in the Premier League table and a point behind leaders Manchester City after their fourth successive top-flight win on Sunday afternoon.

And Courtois posted the above photo on his Instagram page and paid homage to Chelsea’s in-form pair in his caption following their latest Premier League win.

“Another great team performance today! Well done to @hazardeden_10 and @diego.costa for their goals ⚽️⚽️ !! #cfc 🔵⚪️”

Chelsea have won their last four Premier League games without conceding a goal after victories over Hull City, Leicester City, Manchester United and Southampton.
