Roy Evans predicts where Liverpool will finish this season

Roy Evans has his say on Liverpool's Premier League title hopes this season

Roy Evans is convinced that Liverpool have what it takes to finish in the top four this season – and possibly even win the Premier League.

The Reds have earned plenty of praise for their impressive performances in recent weeks as Jurgen Klopp embarked on his first full season in charge at Anfield.

Liverpool have already beaten the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Leicester City so far this season to prove that they are a force to be reckoned with in the top flight this term.

Klopp has been tasked with steering Liverpool back into the Champions League for next season after the disappointment of their eighth placed finish last term.

And Evans feels that there are plenty of reasons for optimism around Anfield so far this season.

Speaking in an interview with The Liverpool Echo, Evans said: “Hopefully this year we can be successful and make the top four which I think we’ve got a really good chance of and then of course, it would be even nicer if we could go on and win it.”
