Ruud Gullit reacts on Twitter to Chelsea’s 4-0 win over Man United

The former Chelsea manager hails summer signing N'Golo Kante after his impressive performance against Manchester United

Ruud Gullit singled out N’Golo Kante for special praise after Chelsea’s 4-0 win against Manchester United upon Jose Mourinho’s return to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues made the breakthrough inside the first minute after Pedro Rodriguez caught out the United defence and rolled the ball into the empty net in west London.

Stand-in Chelsea captain Gary Cahill doubled the home side’s lead in the 21st minute to put Antonio Conte’s side in charge against the 20-time English champions.

Eden Hazard scored in successive games to make it 3-0 in the 62nd minute before France international Kante dribbled past the world’s most-expensive player Paul Pogba and to add a fourth goal.

Former Chelsea manager Gullit was particularly impressed with the performance of Kante in the west London side’s landslide win against their legendary manager’s current employers.

Chelsea hoisted themselves up to fourth place ahead of Tottenham Hotspur thanks to their 4-0 win over United.
