Antonio Conte delivers update on his January transfer plans for Chelsea

Antonio Conte insists that he has not yet been thinking about the January transfer window with Chelsea

Antonio Conte has insisted that any talk of January transfers at Chelsea is premature.

The Chelsea boss is currently preparing his side for their crunch Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night as they look to continue their good form in the top flight.

Conte has earned plenty of praise for his side’s good form in recent weeks and he was named as the Premier League manager of the month for October.

Attentions will now inevitably start to turn towards the January transfer window and possible new additions for the west London club.

However, the Italian has appeared to indicate that he has not been thinking about the forthcoming window in recent weeks.

Speaking in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte bluntly said: “The squad is complete. Talk is premature.”
