Eden Hazard ignores Arsenal and Tottenham in Premier League title race
Eden Hazard has his say on how the Premier League title race is shaping up this season
Eden Hazard believes that the Premier League is likely to come down to a three-way battle between Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City this season.
Chelsea maintained their place at the top of the Premier League table with an impressive 2-1 comeback win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday night as they kept their one-point lead.
The Blues have been the Premier League’s standout performers in recent weeks, with the west London side now having won their last seven Premier League games on the trot.
Antonio Conte has had a positive impact since his appointment as Jose Mourinho’s permanent successor at Stamford Bridge in the summer.
And Hazard feels that the Blues are in a three-way battle with Liverpool and Manchester City for the title this term.
Hazard is quoted as saying by The Telegraph: “Man City and Liverpool. They are both good. If we want to be there at the end, then we have to finish above them.”
Chelsea travel to Manchester City in their next Premier League game on Saturday lunchtime in what is likely to be a stern test of their title credentials.
