Jordan Henderson makes bold claim about Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp

Jordan Henderson heaps praise on Jurgen Klopp for the impact he has had at Liverpool this season

Jordan Henderson believes that Liverpool have the best manager in the world in the form of Jurgen Klopp.

The German coach has just begun his first full season in charge at Anfield after his appointment as the club’s new manager in October 2015.

Klopp led the Reds to an eighth-placed finish in the Premier League last season as they also finished as runners-up in the Europa League and League Cup.

Liverpool have started this season very strongly and currently lead the way at the top of the Premier League table after 11 games of the new campaign.

And Henderson has been full of praise for the new man in charge at Anfield for the impact he has had since taking over from Brendan Rodgers at Anfield.

Speaking in an interview with Liverpool’s website, Henderson said: “We’ve got the best manager and the best staff in the world for players that want to improve and think of football in a different way, if you like.

“I definitely think since the manager has come in, everyone has bought into the way he wants to play. For all of us, that’s the best way to play football now and we all know exactly what the manager expects and wants us to do.

“We’ve got to keep learning from that, keep improving, but there is no better teacher than him and the staff as well.”
