Jamie Redknapp states his prediction for Liverpool v Watford
Jamie Redknapp looks ahead to Liverpool's home clash with Watford in the Premier League on Sunday
Jamie Redknapp is fully expecting to see Liverpool coast to victory over Watford at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
The Reds head into the game looking to keep up their recent fine form in the Premier League and aiming to head into the international break on a high.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have earned plenty of praise for their exciting brand of football this season and have already beaten the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Leicester City this term.
Liverpool were 4-2 winners at Selhurst Park in their most recent Premier League outing against Crystal Palace last weekend.
And former Liverpool midfielder Redknapp is expecting to see Klopp’s side take all three points at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking on Sky Sports News HQ on Friday morning, Redknapp said: “They are out-scoring teams. Yes, they will concede goals and opportunities, but I think Liverpool are so dangerous this year.
“And it’s not because they’re my former side. I just think that if I was a Watford player going to play at Anfield on Sunday, I’d be nervous because you know full well that you could be on the end of a 4-0 beating, they’ve got that much quality in their side.
“Liverpool are a little bit susceptible from set pieces, but [they] will win this game comfortably.”
