Bastian Schweinsteiger is clearly keeping himself in high spirits despite his lack of playing time at Manchester United this season.
The German midfielder is yet to make a single appearance for the Red Devils since Jose Mourinho’s arrival at the club as their new manager.
However, Schweinsteiger has been pictured training with his Manchester United team-mates in recent weeks as he keeps his fitness levels in check.
His lack of playing time this season has sparked speculation that he could be set to quit Manchester United in the January transfer window in search of regular first-team football.
However, despite his lack of football this season, the World Cup winner appears to be keeping himself in high spirits.
Schweinsteiger posted the picture above of himself enjoying an afternoon walk on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Enjoy your evening, guys!”
Manchester United return to League Cup action on Wednesday night with a home clash against West Ham United in the quarter-finals.
