The Arsenal defender has a message for his team-mates ahead of PSG clash
Laurent Koscielny has issued something of a rallying cry ahead of Arsenal’s home clash against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
The France defender was unable to help the Gunners secure three points at Old Trafford despite Manchester United’s recent poor form after a 1-1 draw in Saturday’s early kick-off.
Juan Mata made the breakthrough in the 69th minute before Arsenal substitute Olivier Giroud headed an equaliser with 90 seconds of normal time to play.
The north London side were criticised for an ineffective performance against the Red Devils with the chance to move to the top of the Premier League table.
Arsenal return to action on Wednesday night when Arsene Wenger’s side host Ligue 1 champions PSG at The Emirates.
Koscielny posted the above photo on his Instagram page:
Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title since 2003-04.
The Gunners finished in second place in the Premier League table last term but 10 points adrift of champions Leicester City.
Wenger’s side will host Bournemouth in their next Premier League game at The Emirates on Sunday.
