Piers Morgan issues Arsenal warning over Arsene Wenger
The Arsenal shareholder isn't impressed with Arsene Wenger's players
Piers Morgan insists Arsenal aren’t as good as manager Arsene Wenger keeps saying ahead of Sunday’s clash against Bournemouth.
The Gunners are facing the prospect of finishing in second place in Champions League Group A and facing a difficult last-16 draw after a 2-2 draw with Ligue 1 holders Paris Saint-Germain in north London on Wednesday night.
Arsenal are unbeaten in all competitions this season since a 4-3 loss to title rivals Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in their opening 2016-17 Premier League fixture in August.
Wenger’s side were 3-0 winners against Chelsea in their best performance of the season in September, while the Gunners have drawn with title rivals Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Outspoken Arsenal fan Morgan isn’t impressed with the north London club’s performances this season despite Wenger’s appraisal of his current side.
We're not as good as Wenger keeps pretending we are. #afc
