Ray Parlour states prediction for Chelsea v Tottenham
The Arsenal legend is backing Chelsea to beat Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening
Ray Parlour is confident Chelsea will continue their winning run against Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.
The Blues have won their last six Premier League games to hoist Antonio Conte’s side to the top of the table ahead of Liverpool and Manchester City.
Chelsea have beaten Hull City, Leicester City, Manchester United, Southampton, Everton and Middlesbrough in their last six outings, scoring 17 times and keeping six successive clean sheets.
Tottenham, on the other hand, ended a four-game winless run in the Premier League thanks to a 3-2 victory over West Ham United at White Hart Lane last weekend.
Former Arsenal midfielder Parlour is backing the Premier League leaders to edge to three points against Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.
“This is the game of the weekend,” Parlour told the Alan Brazil Up Front podcast.
“Spurs were disappointing in the Champions League [against Monaco].
“Chelsea are looking very strong. Luiz is sorted. Hazard is playing where he wants to play. Chelsea are nicking games at the moment.”
Chelsea, who appointed Conte earlier this year, have won nine of their 12 Premier League games in the 2016-17 season so far.

The west London side have only lost to title rivals Liverpool and Arsenal – both Premier League defeats came in September.
