Victor Moses explains what has changed for him at Chelsea under Antonio Conte
Victor Moses lifts the lid on his new lease of life under Antonio Conte at Chelsea
Victor Moses has claimed that he has “found his home” under Antonio Conte at Chelsea this season.
The Nigeria international has been in fine form for the Blues this season and appears to have been given a new lease of life under Chelsea boss Conte.
Moses scored Chelsea’s winner on Saturday as the Blues came from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1 at Stamford Bridge and maintain their place at the top of the Premier League table.
He has mainly been deployed as a wing-back in Conte’s new 3-4-3 formation this season after struggling to make an impact at Chelsea in recent seasons.
And Moses has revealed that he is feeling completely comfortable at Stamford Bridge under the new man in charge.
Speaking in an interview with Chelsea’s website, Moses said: “I’m very pleased with the goal but the most important thing was the three points.
“I thought they started well, they scored a beautiful goal and there was nothing we could do about it, but we got ourselves back into the game, we got the three points and we’re very pleased with that.
“I’ve definitely found a home here, it’s my club. I’m pleased to be playing this season, the manager has given me an opportunity to express myself and I’m relishing it at the moment.
“I just want to keep on playing football and enjoying myself whenever I’m out there.”
Chelsea currently lead the Premier League table by one point after 13 games of the new campaign.
