David Luiz looks to be in high spirits after helping Chelsea come from behind to beat Tottenham on Saturday
David Luiz looked to be in high spirits as he hopped on a plane to Paris after Chelsea’s 2-1 comeback win over Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night.
The Brazilian defender played the full 90 minutes in west London as Antonio Conte’s men continued their fine form to keep their place at the top of the Premier League table.
Luiz has been in superb form for the west London side since his return to Stamford Bridge from Paris Saint-Germain late in the summer transfer window.
The defender presumably still has ties to the French capital, as he jetted back to Paris on Sunday morning.
Luiz posted the short video clip on his personal Instagram account on Sunday morning and wrote the caption: “Paris”.
Chelsea win over Tottenham left them one point clear of second-placed Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table.

The west London side have now won their least seven games in all competitions under new boss Conte.
