Zlatan Ibrahimovic discusses his start to life at Manchester United this season
Zlatan Ibrahimovic says he has been impressed by the Manchester United set-up since his arrival at the club.
The Swedish striker moved to Old Trafford on a free transfer in the summer window and has been a regular fixture in Jose Mourinho’s starting line-up at the club.
Ibrahimovic has played at some of Europe’s top clubs, including Barcelona, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.
The 35-year-old has now given himself the task of making the step up to prove himself in England following his transfer to the club.
And the veteran forward has revealed that he has been impressed by what he has experienced at Old Trafford since his arrival in the summer.
Speaking at a news conference at Carrington on Wednesday, Ibrahimovic said: “So far I have found United [to be] at the level of all the top clubs I have been at.
“We are all working hard and have the right people in positions to help move the club forward.”
Manchester United return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon with a home clash against West Ham United.
The Red Devils are currently nine points off top spot in the top flight.
