Zlatan Ibrahimovic: What I really think about Paul Pogba at Man United
Zlatan Ibrahimovic discusses the pressure on Paul Pogba's shoulders at Manchester United
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has told Manchester United fans to be patient with Paul Pogba at Manchester United.
The French midfielder moved to Old Trafford from Juventus in the summer transfer window for a world-record transfer fee but most Manchester United fans will agree that he is yet to hit top form for Jose Mourinho’s men.
Pogba and Ibrahimovic have both been regular fixtures in the Manchester United line-up since their summer moved to Old Trafford.
However, 35-year-old forward Ibrahimovic feels that Pogba needs time to get used to being back in England after spending four years with Juventus.
Speaking at a news conference on Wednesday at Carrington, Ibrahimovic said: There is big pressure on him because people expect magic in a short time instead of being realistic.”
Manchester United are currently nine points behind leaders Chelsea in the Premier League heading into this weekend’s round of fixtures.
