Andy Cole reacts to Man United’s 2-1 win over Crystal Palace

Andy Cole was thrilled to see Zlatan Ibrahimovic fire Manchester United to victory at Crystal Palace on Wednesday night

Andy Cole could not contain his delight after watching Manchester United make it back to back wins in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory at Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.

The Red Devils headed into the game fresh from their 1-0 win over Tottenham at Old Trafford as they look the climb the Premier League table.

Paul Pogba gave Manchester United the lead on the stroke of half-time at Selhurst Park.

However, the Eagles equalised through James McArthur in the 66th minute.

But the Red Devils claimed all three points when Zlatan Ibrahimovic latched on to Pogba’s through-ball and fired home a sumptuous finish to wrap up the win.

Former Red Devils striker Cole was clearly impressed with what he saw, as he posted the following update on Twitter after Ibrahimovic’s winner:

The win left Manchester United in sixth place in the Premier League table and 13 points behind leaders Chelsea after 16 games.
