Chris Waddle hailed Eden Hazard’s superb pace after Chelsea’s 3-1 victory over Manchester City at The Etihad on Saturday afternoon.

However, Diego Costa cancelled out his team-mate’s mistake with a clinical finish in the 60th minute after Cesc Fabregas’ superb pass for the Spain international.
Willian edged Chelsea into a second-half lead with a superb counter-attacking move before Hazard sealed three points with a strike on the stroke of full-time.
The Belgian forward showed excellent pace to move away from the scrambling Manchester City defence and guided a finish past Claudio Bravo.
Former Tottenham midfielder Waddle singled out Hazard for special praise after Chelsea’s 3-1 win at the Etihad Stadium to move the Blues four points clear of the Citizens.
“Again, the Chelsea counter-attack! Doesn’t Hazard have superb pace?” Waddle said during BBC Radio Five Live’s coverage for Chelsea’s 3-1 win.
“City mess things up near the halfway line and the visitors are away. Hazard gives Bravo the eyes and it’s a great finish.”
