Granit Xhaka has taken to social media to reveal that he cannot wait for Arsenal’s Premier League clash against Manchester City at The Etihad on Sunday afternoon.

The north London side head into the game looking to return to winning ways in the top flight after the disappointment of their 2-1 loss to Everton at Goodison Park last week.

The Gunners also need a victory to close the gap to leaders Chelsea back down to six points after Antonio Conte’s men were 1-0 winners at Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

Arsenal trained in the heavy fog at London Colney on Saturday morning in their final session before their trip up north to Manchester.

And Xhaka was quick to take to social media after the session and reveal his excitement ahead of the game.

Xhaka posted the picture above on his personal Instagram account and wrote the caption: “Even the dense fog over Manchester won’t stop us from training today ahead of our game against to Manchester city tomorrow. ★★★ ⚓#GX29 @PremierLeague @Arsenal @mancity #IWILL #UnderArmour”
