Harry Redknapp makes prediction about Man United ahead of West Brom trip

Harry Redknapp looks ahead to Manchester United's hopes of finishing in the top four this season

Harry Redknapp is backing Manchester United to haul themselves back into the race for a top-four finish in the Premier League in the coming weeks.

The Red Devils made it back to back wins in the top flight on Wednesday night as goals from Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic wrapped up a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

That victory left United in sixth place in the Premier League table and six points behind fourth-placed Manchester City heading into this weekend’s round of fixtures.

However, Redknapp feels that the Red Devils are starting to click into gear under their new manager and is backing them to establish themselves firmly in the race for a top-four finish this season.

Speaking in an interview with talkSPORT after Wednesday’s win, Redknapp said: “Manchester United are putting themselves back in the picture for the top four.

“The top four is wide open. Two teams are going to miss out who you think should be in there.”
