John Terry looked to be in good spirits as he posed for a selfie at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground on Monday morning.

The Chelsea captain has had his first team opportunities somewhat restricted this season due to some niggling injury problems.

The Blues have been coping pretty well in his absence however, with the west London side having notched up 11 straight wins in the Premier League.

Terry did not feature for Chelsea as the Blues recorded a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday thanks to Diego Costa’s goal.

However, the skipper does not appear to be letting his lack of first-team football get him down.

The Chelsea defender posted the picture above on his Instagram story on Monday morning as he hit the training pitches at the club’s Cobham training ground.

Terry has been limited to just four Premier League starts for Chelsea so far this season since Antonio Conte’s appointment as the club’s new manager back in the summer.
