Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp ponders move for goalkepeer – report
Liverpool are weighing up a move for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart, according to reports
Liverpool are interested in signing England international Joe Hart in the summer transfer window, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mirror are reporting that the Merseyside outfit are contemplating a move for the Manchester City shot stopper in order to boost his goalkeeping options.
The same article states that Liverpool would face competition from Serie A side Torino after the England number one moved to the Italian side on loan in the summer.
Liverpool signing Loris Karius has struggled to make a positive impression since the German shot stopper was drafted into the Reds squad following a £4.7m transfer from Mainz in May.
However, the 23-year-old has been guilty of some erratic performances since replacing Simon Mignolet in Klopp’s starting line-up which prompted calls for the German to be dropped.
The Liverpool manager relented earlier this month after he restored Mignolet to his starting XI in place of Karius for victories over Middlesbrough and Everton in the Premier League.
