Lucas Perez: What I really think about Alexis Sanchez at Arsenal

Lucas Perez has revealed that he already has a very good relationship with Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez at the north London club.

The Spanish striker is currently getting to grips with life at The Emirates after joining the Gunners from Deportivo La Coruna late in the summer transfer window.

Lucas will be hoping to stake his claim for a regular spot in the Arsenal team in the coming weeks as the hectic festive period in the Premier League looms large.

And the Spaniard has explained how he has already struck up a strong understanding with Arsenal attacker Sanchez.

Speaking in an interview with Arsenal Player, Lucas said: “I already knew Alexis very well, I’ve seen him play a lot for his club and country.

“He is quick, skilful on the ball and a great guy.

“He is very kind and I have an excellent relationship with him. I hope we can go on like this.”

Both Sanchez and Lucas will be hoping to be involved when Arsenal return to Premier League action this weekend with a crunch clash against West Ham United at the London Stadium on Saturday night.
