Martin Keown tells Arsene Wenger to sign these two players for Arsenal

Martin Keown names the two players he would bring to Arsenal if he were in charge of the club

Martin Keown has said that he would try and sign N’Golo Kante and Neymar to bolster Arsenal’s squad if he were in charge of the club.

The north London side are currently preparing for their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace on New Year’s Day as the Gunners look to keep themselves in the race for the title.

Arsenal have slipped nine points behind leaders Chelsea heading into this weekend’s round of games and have some serious ground to make up if they want to lift the Premier League trophy in May.

There is bound to be plenty of speculation linking Arsenal with a host of players as the January transfer window draws ever nearer.

Former Arsenal defender Keown was asked who he would sign in the January transfer window if he were in charge at the Emirates.

Writing in his column for The Daily Mail, Keown said: “N’Golo Kante would be one, and I would also go for Neymar.

“He would come in and play on the left where Alex Iwobi is playing now. He is just off competing for the Ballon d’Or and is only going to get bigger.”
