Owen Hargreaves: This Man United star is unplayable, he is brilliant

Owen Hargreaves has his say about Zlatan Ibrahimovic's solid form for Manchester United so far this season

Owen Hargreaves has heaped praise on Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the impact he has had at Manchester United this season.

The Swedish striker has been in top form for Jose Mourinho’s men since his arrival at the club on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

Indeed, the 35-year-old has emphatically quashed any doubts about his fitness levels and has been a regular fixture in the starting line-up for the Red Devils.

Ibrahimovic took his Premier League tally for the season to 11 goals on Saturday night as he scored both of Manchester United’s strikes in the 2-0 win at West Brom.

The veteran forward was named the man of the match as he helped Mourinho’s men notch up their third win in a row in the Premier League.

And Hargreaves was full of praise for the former PSG star after Manchester United’s win at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

Speaking on BT Sport’s Premier League tonight show, Hargreaves said: “He was absolutely unplayable. He is the perfect target man.

“He has great skills and in those crucial moments, he just stepped up – as he has done all season.
