Eden Hazard looked to be in good shape as Chelsea completed their final preparations ahead of their Premier League clash with West Brom on Sunday.

The Blues have had another free week to prepare for the game as they look to continue their fine run in the Premier League.

Antonio Conte’s men have earned plenty of praise for their impressive performances in recent weeks, with the Blues having won their last eight games on the spin in the top flight.

Chelsea came from a goal down to beat Manchester City at The Etihad last weekend and secure a 3-1 win over their title rivals.

That victory underlined Chelsea’s status as genuine title contenders and left them top of the Premier League table.
