Juan Mata enjoyed Jesse Lingard’s reaction to Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s goal celebration after the striker scored twice in Manchester United’s 2-0 win against West Bromwich at The Hawthorns on Saturday evening.

The former Sweden international broke the deadlock in the first half with a close-range header to score his 10th Premier League goal of the 2016-17 campaign following his summer move to Old Trafford.

England midfielder Lingard was responsible for creating the 35-year-old’s opening goal on his 13th Premier League appearance under new manager Jose Mourinho this season.

The ex-Barcelona striker doubled the away side’s lead in the second half after he managed to outwit to West Brom defenders before beating former Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster.

Ibrahimovic has now scored 10 times in his last nine Premier League games to underline his effortless transition to the English top flight from Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Mata was tickled by Lingard’s cautious reaction to Ibrahimovic’s goal celebration following his deadlock-breaking strike in the Premier League.

Mata posted the above photo on his Instagram page and wrote:

“Well done boys! Great win! @jesselingard you ok? 😬😂 @manchesterunited #mufc 🔴🔴”
